Reference 5726 was launched in 2010 in stainless steel only, with a leather strap. In 2012, Patek Philippe began production of the reference 5726-1A; which came with a stainless steel bracelet, such as the present watch. The rarity of the present watch is further enhanced by the prestigious "Tiffany & Co." retailer signature.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch is fresh to the market.
