In excellent overall condition, the timepiece is assembled within a titanium case and features a split seconds mechanism.
Using research and highly advanced materials in order to attain optimal timekeeping performances, the present Richard Mille RM004 chronograph uses a split seconds mechanism allied with a torque and function indicator. Tackling the drawbacks of traditional chronographs, the RM004 uses a mechanism virtually eliminating the initial jump of the chronograph hand, resulting in extreme timing accuracy. Built with a torque indicator, the hand will indicate the amount of torsion required in order to ideally wind the chronograph and prevent wear to the mechanism. Through the ‘WHN’ script on the dial the indicator will show whether the watch is in Winding, Handsetting or in Neutral mode.
