Consigned by a private collector and fresh to the market the present watch is a very fine and attractive example of one of Patek Philippe’s minute repeating watches, still retaining the original box and spare parts. The dial features the most desirable Breguet numerals, confirmed by the Extract from the Archives, the repeating sounds with a clear, finely tuned tone in common with all the best repeaters. The overall appeal is further enhanced by the superior quality case with hidden hinges, a characteristics of the firms' highest quality production.

Other examples of Patek Philippe minute repeating watches are described and illustrated in Patek Philippe Watches – Vol. I, Patek Philippe Museum, pp. 222-249.
