Rich aromas of pear, quince and date mingle with the finesse of delicate hints of sponge cake, acacia honey and spices. The attack is fleshy and complex. Delectable biscuity flavours come through before the mouth becomes more refined with hints of confit citrus fruit and a saline finish. 49% Chardonnay, 51% Pinot Noir.
