Part of the second series, the present timepiece is offered in pristine and excellent condition.

Patek Philippe 3919 was launched in 1985 and remained in production until around 2006 and was available in all three gold colours.
The production of the reference 3919 was split in three series:
- First series bear the caliber 215 , with 1'3XX'XXX serial numbers range.
- Second series (starting in 1987), as the present watch bear the calibre 215 45 with 1'8XX'XXX serial numbers range.
- Third series sarting in 2003 bears a larger crown, 4.25 mm instead of 3.5 mm diameter.
