The present Navitimer 8 model is preserved in like new condition and sold with the full set of accessories. It is number 1 of the limited edition of 1000 examples.
The Navitimer 8 collection is named after Breitling’s “Huit Aviation” (French for “Eight Aviation”) department of 1938, specialized in the design and production of cockpit instruments and chronographs for military use. These included a range of cockpit instruments with 8 days power reserve, as well as a number of chronograph wristwatches with different scales and levels of complexity.
