This model appears in the dining rooms of one of Guimard's most celebrated commissions, the Castel Béranger in Paris, completed in 1898. The Musée du Petit Palais, Musée des Beaux-arts de la Ville de Paris has another example of this model in its permanent collection (inv. no. PPO3673). A related example is depicted in a postcard of Guimard in his workroom at Castel Béranger on display at the Cooper Hewitt Museum, New York (inv. no. 1958-84-1) from November 18, 2022 to May 21, 2023 for their exhibition Hector Guimard: How Paris Got Its Curves.
