Accompanied by Patek Philippe leather covered box. This watch is also accompanied by an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture as 1971 and its subsequent sale on October 26th of the same year.

According to our research the present watch has never before appeared at auction.

The reference 3581 was introduced to the market in 1970 and remained in production until at least 1975.
