Accompanied by Patek Philippe leather box and an Extract from the Patek Philippe Archives confirming the date of manufacture of the movement as 1974. The extract details that the watch was encased in 1984 and sold on October 26th of the same year.

Patek Philippe produced the reference 3445 from 1961 to 1981. The 3445/100 differs slightly with the addition of the sapphire crystal.
