CS36267 dated 24 April 2003 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating that based on available gemological information, it is the opinion of the Laboratory that the sapphire weighing approximately 12.00 carats is of Ceylon origin, no gemological evidence of heat enhancement present, clarity enhancement: none
