The crest is that of Baring for the Barons Ashburton.

Presumably Alexander, 1st Baron Ashburton (1774-1848) and then by descent to the second wife and widow of Francis, 5th Baron Ashburton (1866-1938), Frances (d.1959), daughter James Caryll Donnelly of New York.
