Artist's Resale Right Regulations 2006 apply to this lot, the buyer agrees to pay us an amount equal to the resale royalty provided for in those Regulations, and we undertake to the buyer to pay such amount to the artist's collection agent. Christie’s charges a premium to the buyer on the Hammer Price of each lot sold at the following rates: 29.75% of the Hammer Price of each lot up to and including €20,000, plus 23.8% of the Hammer Price between €20,001 and €800.000, plus 14.28% of any amount in excess of €800.000. Buyer’s premium is calculated on the basis of each lot individually.

The certificate is numbered 0954/1000 and is published by Portikus, Frankfurt am Main 2000.
The participating certificate was initiated on the occasion of the 100th Portikus exhibition. One hundred artists who had been exhibiting at Portikus since 1987 were asked each to design 10 of those participating certificates.
