Set with a series of seven cushion-cut rubies, each within an openwork circular-cut diamond surround, spaced by circular, single and baguette-cut diamond geometric links, mounted in platinum, circa 1925, 7 ins., with French assay marks and maker's mark (partially indistinct)

With report CS 38712 dated 5 December 2006 from the American Gemological Laboratories stating that based on available gemological information, it is the opinion of the Laboratory that the origin of these rubies would be classified as Classic Burma (Myanmar). Heat Enhancement: None. Faint evidence of foreign deposits in open feathers in No. 1 and 2 from tongue end
