With Patek Philippe Certificate of Identity and Guarantee of Origin and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with yellow gold bracelet in 1973 and its subsequent sale on 26 March 1974.

According to our research, this watch has never been offered at auction before. It is furthermore believed to be the first example of a reference 4201/4 to appear in public.

Reference 4201 was launched in 1970 and produced until the mid 1970s.
