The trefoil openwork top set with rose and old-cut diamonds, suspending a detachable drop-shaped pearl weighing 144.06 grains, mounted in silver and gold, circa 1880, 8.0 cm
Accompanied by report no. 57002 dated 5 August 2010 from the SSEF Swiss Gemmological Institute stating that the pearl is a natural saltwater pearl
Please note that the central button-shaped pearl has not been tested for natural origin
