Cylindrical with flared lip, scroll handle surmounted by a Roman centurion's head, lower body applied with cut-out groups of trios of Classical girls dancing to the accompaniment of a putto playing a lyre, the upper body similarly applied with Classical vignettes in octagonal frames, the rim chased with a narrow border of roses and leafage, gilt interior
