Centering upon an old European and single-cut diamond domed cluster, opening to reveal a watch, with nickel-finished back wound lever movement, the silvered dial with black Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock, to the sculpted gold fan surround, trimmed by single-cut diamonds, to the gold link bracelet, circa 1945, 6 1/8 ins.
