With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with Breguet numerals in 1903 and its subsequent sale on May 30 of the following year.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never before been offered in public.

The Directoire-style case dates to the early 18th Century and is simplier in design compared to the later Empire-style.
