With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with silvered dial and applied white gold hour markers in 1972 and its subsequent sale on 20 March 1981.

To the best of our knowledge, this watch has never been offered in public before.

Reference 3445, Patek Philippe's first calendar watch made in series, was in production from 1961 to 1981. The model and its calibre 24-460 M movement are illustrated in Patek Philippe Wristwatches by Martin Huber & Alan Banbery, first edition, pp. 220 & 221.
