Nickel-finished fully jewelled lever movement, Guillaume balance, micrometer regulator, gold cuvette with engraved inscription En souvenir de nos 25 ans de mariage 1890 6/12 1915 Mutzi and Chronomètre No. 15834 Bulletin 1ère Classe Observatoire Astronomique Neuchâtel, white enamel dial, Arabic numerals, outer tachymetre scale, two subsidiary dials for 30 minutes register and constant seconds, circular case with inlaid polychrome enamel coat of arms to the reverse, split seconds chronograph mechanism operated through a button in the band and through the crown, case and movement signed by maker, cuvette and dial signed by maker and retailer

With Ulysse Nardin and Junod Frères Lausanne fitted mahogany presentation box, the cover set with a silver plaque with engraved inscription AI 1890 6/XII 1915. The box contains a spare crystal.
According to the engraving on the cuvette, the watch was awarded a First Class Bulletin de Marche by the Neuchâtel Observatory.

The Archives of Ulysse Nardin and their retailer Junod Lausanne confirm that the present watch was sold on 20 November 1915 to Mr. Imbach, a tourist staying at the Savoy Hotel in Lausanne. The enamelled coat-of-arms are the crest of the Imbach family.
