A KUNZITE, AMETHYST AND DIAMOND "TRIPHANES" SAUTOIR, BY VAN CLEEF & ARPELS
Suspending a detachable pendant, set with an oval-cut kunzite within a circular-cut diamond surround, swinging within an amethyst bead frame set with an oval-cut kunzite and circular-cut diamond detail, to the neckchain designed as a graduated series of oval-cut kunzites, each within a circular-cut diamond surround, alternating with amethyst bead hoops, joined by circular-cut diamond links, mounted in 18k gold, circa 1973, 27 ins.; may also be worn as a shorter necklace of 19 or 16 ins.; detachable segment may be worn as a bracelet of 8 ins., neckchain with French assay marks and maker's marks; pendant with French assay marks
