紅寶石及鑽石項鍊，可拆下吊墜/胸針設計成密釘鑲鑽石蝴蝶結，以長方形紅寶石點綴，兩旁飾以兩顆較大的圓形鑽石，約重1.83及1.79克拉，配綴以絲帶結圖案、鑲圓形及長方形鑽石雙行項鍊，1950年代製，項鍊長度43.0公分
