With Audemars Piguet burgundy presentation box.
According to the Archives of Audemars Piguet, production of the present watch started in 1925 with a movement calibre 17 1/2 SVF3. Following its upgrade with a perpetual calendar mechanism in the workshops of Audemars Piguet, the calibre designation changed to 17 1/2 SVFQ3, enhancing the rarity of the watch. It was sold in 1929 to the firms' retailer E. Gallopin & Co. located in Geneva and St Moritz for the sum of CHF1375.
