紅寶石及鑽石「蘭花」首飾套裝，項鍊由三行圓形鑽石組成，前方垂墜一枚可拆下細切紅寶石及密釘鑲鑽石蘭花吊墜，配圓形鑽石流蘇花瓣(可作胸針佩戴)，套裝另有一對耳墜，1989年製，項鍊長度39.0公分，耳墜長度7.0公分
