Of traditional form, on an oval foot, the base and handle enamelled in translucent strawberry red over a striped guilloché ground, front and back of the body applied with cast and chased scrolling foliage, the sides with stylised vertical borders, the prow surmounted by a pine cone finial, the kokoshnik-shaped handle mounted with reeded border and applied with cast and chased scrolling foliage set with a cabochon garnet, marked under base
