Rectangular, with rounded corners, repoussé and chased with a portrait of Father Frost from a Russian fairy tale ‘Morozko’, the reverse inscribed in French ‘Souvenir de la charmante / soirée du 16 Mars 1900 / Moscou Kremlin’, also engraved with a monogram ‘MBJ’, with integral vesta compartment with match strike, and cord attachment with tinder cord, surmounted by a cabochon finial, with a gold-mounted cabochon moonstone thumb-piece, gilt interior, marked inside base
