Accompanied by an OMEGA Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch on 29 November 1967 and its subsequent delivery to Hong Kong. Further accompanied by an OMEGA box and outer packaging.
This Speedmaster is an excellent example of an important moment in the history of OMEGA as the reference 105.012 represents the first “Professional” series of Speedmasters. The reference 105.012 was one of a few adopted by NASA as it became available.
The present watch features a case made by La Centrale Boites of Bienne (Switzerland), noted by a “CB” logo on the inside of the case back. It features unusual twisted flat lugs only found on this reference from this case maker.
