"Je ressens une difficulté à expliciter les motifs qui me poussent à introduire dans le tableau ces personnages. Il y a lieu d'observer qu'ils sont figurés à une échelle fausse : beaucoup plus grands qu'ils ne devraient être en proportion des aires qu'ils parcourent. Il me semble qu'ils aident fortement à visionner le site qui, lui-même abrégé brutalement en figurations sommaires schématiques, risquerait, sans ces personnages, de ne donner aucune prise à visionner quoi que ce soit."
