The present “Green Submariner” is preserved in very good original overall condition, the rarity enhanced by the presence of the original guarantee and accessories.
Reference 16610LV for Lunette Verte or green bezel was launched in 2003 to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Rolex Submariner.
The present watch is fitted with the rare first green bezel generation, the so-called “Flat 4”, indicating that the number 4 of the graduation 40 has a flat top, as well as the MK1 dial featuring slightly larger hour markers, an oval “O” for the Rolex script, a widely spaced “Oyster Perpetual Date” signature and the “Swiss Made” indication on the bottom of the dial extending from 28 to 32 min.
