SIGNED OMEGA, SPEEDMASTER PROFESSIONAL MODEL, REF. ST 145.022, MOVEMENT NO. 29’117’836, MANUFACTURED IN 1970

Reference 145.022 was launched in 1969 and fitted with the new dial with the painted Omega logo instead of the applied version. The reference is called the "Pre-Moon" (before the first step on the Moon). It had the Hippocampus engraved on the case back which was later replaced by the engraved inscription "first watch worn on the moon".
