X-TREM-1代表了一項重大的技術和美學成就。它將30°傾斜飛行陀飛輪安裝在鈦金屬三維曲面主板上，並配備與目前製錶方式截然不同的逆跳時與分顯示方式。腕錶左右兩側的藍寶石套管內各有一顆不鏽鋼，二者單靠磁場的作用而移動，當中並沒有機械連接。所搭載的手動上弦機芯由419個零件所組成，並有約50小時的動力儲存。
