限量生產的5100是百達翡麗首個具有10天動力儲存的型號。由於品牌已將製作此型號所必需的工具銷毀，因此永遠無法重製完全一樣的腕錶。百達翡麗總共製作了3,000枚5100，當中包括1,500枚黃金、750枚紅金、450枚白金和300枚鉑金，後者在錶耳中間的6點鐘位置鑲有無瑕的頂級威塞爾頓鑽石。
