百達翡麗在1963年推出型號3504，惟生產時期十分短暫。與極富代表性的型號3445有著相似的錶耳，二者之差別在於3504所搭載的手動上弦27 SC機芯。根據研究，此錶款僅生產了約50枚，使其成為該時期最稀有的腕錶之一。
