Presentation copies from Montgomery to Anthony Eden of his accounts of his operations in North Africa and Italy, as well as the latter stages of the Second World War in northern Europe. The collection includes two later volumes, one of his memoirs and the other of Montgomery’s thoughts on the political and military situation in Asia, Africa and Central America.
