20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale

This season, Christie’s 20th/21st Century Art Evening Sale is proud to present seminal works by leading masters of the modern era and contemporary luminaries, as well as emerging artists from around the world. The sale preview will be held from 26-30 November at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

This evening sale is led by an important 1940s masterpiece, Sanyu’s Potted Prunus. Other notable highlights include Untitled by Joan Mitchell, 10.01.68. by Zao Wou-Ki, Present by Yoshitomo Nara, and Degenerate Art (Self Portrait as Vincent Van Gogh with Bandaged Ear) by Adrian Ghenie. The sale will also feature prominent works by international artists such as George Condo, Yayoi Kusama, Zeng Fanzhi, Jean-Paul Riopelle and Pierre Soulages.
