Modern British Art

Our Modern British Art sale on the 29 September features works from a range of Modern British masters, including artists’ such as Bridget Riley, Graham Sutherland, Patrick Caulfield, Henry Moore, Walter Richard Sickert and many more.

Highlights of the sale include interesting works by Glyn Philpot, Elisabeth Frink and John Minton, whose incredible drawing Children by the Sea, of which the oil is in the collection of the Tate, London, is one of the finest works on paper by the artist to come to auction in recent years. Estimates range from £1,000-over £60,000 offering something for everyone.
