Post War & Contemporary Art

Our Post-War and Contemporary Art auction on 3 June will feature seminal post-war works by French masters, from Hans Hartung, Maria Helena Vieira da Silva to Pierre Soulages and Zao Wou-Ki, and international artists such as Alexander Calder and Gerhard Richter. The sale will be led by a beautiful red Homage to the square by Josef Albers and a painting by Chinese artist Chu Teh-Chun. This season’s highlights will include an impressive work by the German artist A.R Penck and two projects by Christo from a private Belgian collection.
