Modern British and Irish Art Day Sale

As part of our landmark 20th/21st Century auction series, Modern British and Irish Art Day Sale on 22 March will offer an exciting selection of works showcasing the breadth and diversity of British art in the 20th and 21st centuries. The sale will be headlined by the key artists from the period: L.S. Lowry, Barbara Hepworth, Elisabeth Frink and Ben Nicholson, along with important British artists working today such as David Hockney and Celia Paul.

Following on from our highly-successful auctions in 2022, the sale will bring together works from across this dynamic period; from post-war sculpture with works by Lynn Chadwick and Kenneth Armitage, to paintings by Neo-Romantic artists Keith Vaughan and Graham Sutherland.
