Magnificent Jewels

Christie’s Magnificent Jewels auction at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues in Geneva features a curated selection of jewels spanning more than 150 years. Art Deco jewels by Cartier including a Tutti Frutti bracelet, diamond and natural pearl jewels of the Belle Epoque era are offered alongside 1960s and 1970s pieces by Boucheron and Puiforcat. The upcoming sale also includes the most sought-after gemstones including coloured diamonds, natural pearls, Kashmir sapphires, Colombian emeralds and pigeon blood rubies from Burma. Leading the sale are two unmounted diamonds each weighing over 100 carats, one a perfect D colour, the other a superb Fancy Intense Yellow, both Internally Flawless.

Alongside these jewels, Christie’s is proud to present the largest collection of Cartier clocks to ever come up for auction, set with beautifully crafted enamel, gemstones and carved hardstones. These clocks have been consigned by a single connoisseur who spent years creating the perfect ensemble of examples from the late 19th century until the 1980s.
