Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction

This October, Christie’s celebrates Frieze Week in London with the Post-War and Contemporary Art Evening Auction on 4 October 2019. Including works from the prestigious collections of the Matthys Colle and UniCredit Group, the sale encompasses American Minimalism with works by Carl Andre, Dan Flavin, and Robert Mangold in addition to four exquisite paintings by Gerhard Richter.

Offering a range of exceptional works from the 20^th and 21^st centuries, contemporary highlights include works by Pierre Soulages, Roy Lichtenstein, Andy Warhol, KAWS and Jonas Wood followed by an outstanding selection of portraits by Frank Auerbach, Adrian Ghenie and Martial Raysse.
