Sale Overview

Christie’s will be holding a live Russian Art auction on 23 November 2020 in King Street. The sale features a curated selection of paintings and works on paper by leading artists from the 18th to the 21st centuries, as well as Russian Works of Art, including Fabergé, Imperial jewels, enamels, militaria, Imperial and Soviet porcelain. 

Highlights not to be missed include Mikhail Nesterov’s Sacred Lake, glorious seascapes by Ivan Aivazovsky, a newly discovered pair of monumental sculptures by Evgenii Lanceray and a large enamel casket with the view of Kremlin by Fabergé, as well as other fresh-to-market works from private collections.

Christmas / Holiday Shipping Notice

To be able to ship your property in advance of the holidays, payment for property and/or shipping must be received by or on Wednesday, 2 December for any European road shuttles or international airfreight shipments and Friday, 11 December for any UK road shuttles and domestic or international courier shipments. Please note that Christie’s is not responsible for delays in international shipments due to customs and export licenses.
