Shaped circular with a reeded and bead decorated rim, the centre applied with a plaque depicting a sturgeon on a green enamel ground, with a hammered finish, marked underneath, further engraved 'OMAR RAMSDEN ME FECIT'

Lot Essay

Recorded in the Ramsden workbooks as order 1892, Queen's Fish Tray finished 10-2-34 with a later addition to the entry noting repeat of 3 on April 27 1935.
