Rectangulaire, toutes les faces serties de nacre gravée de rosaces (manques), la monture unie, poinçons dans le couvercle: maître-orfèvre illisible; dans le bord du corps: charge, jurande (lettre G) et trace de maître-orfèvre; sur le bord du couvercle: décharge
