The first vol. illustrated throughout including 2 plates printed in colour, the second vol. with black and white photographic panorama folded in concertina, as issued. Two printed leaves laid-in. Original boards and slipcase, first vol. in ?original glassine, original cardboard box with printed label on the upper side and right edge (panorama volume rubbed at the extremities, cardboard box with some wear and spotting).
FIRST EDITION, COMPLETE AND IN THE ORIGINAL BOX. A rare work predating Ruscha's Every Building on the Sunset Strip by over a decade, but presenting this other famous thoroughfare in a very similar fashion.
