With presentation case and Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming dates of manufacture and sale.

The reference 3450 offered here for sale is one of the exceedingly rare examples of this celebrated model from the second series. The present watch's rarity is enhanced by the retailer's signature Gubelin. In fact, to date, only 2 watches including the present lot from the second series signed by the distinguished Swiss retailer Gubelin have appeared in public to date.
