Octagonal and baluster-form, the reeded spreading gold base on four bun feet, applied with ribbon-tied laurel swags within beaded and gadrooned borders, surmounted by an octagonal reeded mount centering a circular inkwell, the detachable domed cover surmounted by a two-color gold ribbon-tied laurel wreath finial, marked throughout
