Baluster-form on a spreading gold circular foot, enameled with panels of opaque white, the body applied with two rose-cut diamonds suspending ribbon-tied laurel swags, within chased stiff-leaf borders, each gold scroll handle with pearl finial, the enameled cover with band of rose-cut diamonds surmounted by a pine cone finial, enclosing a brush, marked throughout
