With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 1 December 1981, literature and Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch in 1980 and its subsequent sale on 1 December 1981.

To the best of our knowledge, the present watch has never been offered in public before.

Reference 3862 was in production from the late 1970s until the mid-1980s, available in white or yellow gold.
