With Patek Philippe Certificate of Origin dated 4 July 2003 confirming production of the present watch with white dial and Roman numerals and stamped Schullin Juwelier, user manual, leather pouch and brochure. Furthermore delivered with Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with matte white dial and seven black Roman numerals in 2000 and its subsequent sale on 20 December 2000.


Reference 5054 was launched in 1999 and discontinued in 2005.
