Circular, overall cast and chased to imitate a shell, opening to reveal a loop, with sapphire-set thumb-piece, marked on cover and loop border, in the original fitted silk and velvet-lined red leather case indistinctly stamped 'Fabergé' beneath the Imperial Warrant
